    As Fellows, Residents, Intern or Nurses, you benefit from dedicated and reduced rates. A proof of status is required for fee application. It can be a copy of your work card, a letter from your Head of Department or a copy of your student card.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations/modifications must be notified by email at registration-asiapcr@europa-organisation.com and are subject to the following conditions:
    • Until 30 November 2017: refund minus 100 SGD as administrative fees.
    • No refund will be made after 1 December 2017.
     
    Name changes are possible for the SAME type of registration only. Each name change will be charged 60 SGD. - They won’t be possible on-site.
    The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
